At Apprelix, we stand behind the value of our software and want you to feel confident in your decision to subscribe.

We offer a 30-day refund policy for all new customers under the following terms:

Eligibility:

  • Refunds apply only to first-time subscriptions of Apprelix.
  • Refund is not applicable for Basic subscription plan.
  • You must have completed the onboarding session and actively used the system (e.g., added data, created orders, or explored core modules).
  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

Exclusions:

  • Renewals, upgrades, or downgrades of existing subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
    • The onboarding session was not completed.
    • There is no activity in the system after signing up.
    • The request is made after the 30-day window, regardless of usage.
  • Only one refund per company is allowed.

Additional Notes:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests from different accounts or domains) may lead to account suspension.
  • Apprelix reserves the right to deny a refund if we detect suspicious or dishonest usage patterns.
