Welcome to Apprelix, a SaaS-based garment production management software operated by Tekfleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Eligibility

5. Plans, Billing, and Payment

- Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for failed payments or breach of terms.
6. Free Trial
We may offer a forever free plan with limited access to features.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to make required payments
- Your use poses a security or legal risk
Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a retention period.

You retain full ownership of the data you input into Apprelix. We will:

- Not access or share your data without consent (except as required by law)

9. Intellectual Property
All software, content, logos, and design elements of Apprelix are the intellectual property of Tekfleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Apprelix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. You use the Service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekfleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Any issues arising from third-party services or integrations
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
