• Which plan should I choose: monthly or annual?

  Go for the Annual plan if you want the best value (approx. 2 months free compared to monthly). But Monthly gives you flexibility to test and scale as needed.

• Can I switch plans later?

  Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan any time. No long-term contracts or surprise fees.

• Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

  No hidden costs—everything’s included in the price you see. Need extra users or storage? We’ll let you know before you pay.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and India-friendly UPI/banking options for your convenience.

• Can I pay for Apprelix in INR (Indian Rupees)?

  Certainly! Our pricing shows in your local currency during checkout—no manual conversions needed.

• Does the price include onboarding and support?

  Yes. Your plan includes full onboarding, self-learning guides, and email/chat support—all at no extra cost.

• Is there a refund policy if I am not satisfied?

  Yes! We offer a 30-day refund policy on all plans except the Basic plan. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund—no questions asked (excluding Basic plan).

• How do I request a refund within 30 days?

  Simply contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase. We will process your refund promptly after verifying your request. Please note, the refund policy does not apply to the Basic plan.

• Are there any conditions for the 30-day refund?

  The 30-day refund applies to new subscriptions of all plans except the Basic plan, and is available only if you have completed the onboarding session and started using the system. Refunds are not available for renewals, the Basic plan, or after the initial 30-day period. Read our Refund Policy for more details.

• Is there an initial setup fee?

  Our standard initial setup fee starts from ₹50,000, which covers onboarding, configuration, and personalized support to get your business live quickly and smoothly.

• Are there any offers on the setup fee?

  Yes! For a limited time, we are waiving the setup fee for all new customers. Book a demo now to get started with zero setup cost.

• Can my vendors access the system directly?

  Yes! Vendors get their own login to update production progress, view pending orders, dispatch statuses—without extra cost.

• What if I work with multiple factories or locations?

  Our system supports multi-factory setup under one account. Just invite teams from each site—no extra licenses or charges.

• Will the pricing change in future?

  No surprises! Once you are on a plan, pricing for your billing cycle remains locked for the given features at the time of subscription. We shalll always notify you in advance before any future changes.

• Are all prices inclusive of GST?

  No, all prices listed are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added at checkout as per government regulations.

• When do I need to pay the subscription fee?

  The subscription fee must be paid in advance to activate your plan. Renewal payments are also required in advance for continued access.
